How do you all feel about Troye Sivan's bop about bottoming?

I don't know why, but I'm a bit underwhelmed by his recent music. My, my, my was a bop and everything but some of his follow-ups have been uninteresting. I want to see him become more sonically innovative; what I mean is that I want to see him experiment with more music types. He's obviously mastered the electronic genre of music, but let's see him produce some songs influenced by classical, jazz, RnB, folk, etc. genres; concurrently, allow him to continue exploring and displaying his sexuality. I know I stan for her too hard, but Janet really illustrated what I mean in her janet. album. I'm going to wait until his new album is released to make a decision on whether I would reestablish my support for him, instead of basing such a decision on a few singles. I just really want to see him take risks, both stylistically and sexually.

I think what Troye needs is to perform as an LGBT performer in a biopic. That's a great way to jumpstart a career, Beyonce did Etta James, Janet was supposed to do Lena Horne - that was until Justin Timberlake ruined her image, causing the Horne family to retract their endorsement of Janet - , and Jennifer Lopez did Selena. We all know that Troye has acting experience that'll make it easy for him to land a big role like that. We just need to find an LGBT icon that Troye could portray.
